This is a very unique salad, its simple to make and can be served as a main course for lunch or turned into a dip for starters. I was inspired to make this salad after tasting the salmon dip that is offered at J Alexander’s. While J Alexander’s salmon dip is consistently good, I tried to recreate it into a lighter version but still as yummy if not more 🙂
Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- Salmon Salad
- ½ pound baked salmon
- ¼ C chopped red onions
- 1 C julienned carrots
- 1 C chopped celery
- ½ C chopped celery leaves
- 1 Hass Avocado diced to cubes
- Few vegetable sticks crushed about ¼ C
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T toasted sesame oil
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp red crushed peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Flake the salmon in a medium size bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
