Ingredients
  • Salmon Salad
  • ½ pound baked salmon
  • ¼ C chopped red onions
  • 1 C julienned carrots
  • 1 C chopped celery
  • ½ C chopped celery leaves
  • 1 Hass Avocado diced to cubes
  • Few vegetable sticks crushed about ¼ C
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 T toasted sesame oil
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp red crushed peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Flake the salmon in a medium size bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
