Ingredients
Salmon Salad
½ pound baked salmon
¼ C chopped red onions
1 C julienned carrots
1 C chopped celery
½ C chopped celery leaves
1 Hass Avocado diced to cubes
Few vegetable sticks crushed about ¼ C
3 T soy sauce
1 T toasted sesame oil
1 T fresh lemon juice
½ tsp red crushed peppers
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Flake the salmon in a medium size bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
